Trying to stay healthy

I doing diet now. I am not on a full-scale diet, but I so to the gym once a week. When I was high school student I ate a lot. As a result, my body got very heavy. Then I begin to diet. I began with the dietary restriction first. I reduced carbohydrates as much as possible. However, I like white rice. It was very hard, but some weight fell. i think that it is very important. I want to begin it again recently because I do not diet. I want to do my best!    110/12,278
